TruScore results are calculated based on the absolute performance on a 0 to 100 scale. And the TruScore methodology is designed to differentiate top-level talent. Even if the TruScore is low, they will probably be ahead of thousands of candidates. A score of 100 is actually 3.5 Standard deviations from the mean, so mathematically, only one in 5000 candidates is supposed to get a full 100 points.
