What is the candidate status tag?

The candidate status tag is the marker of the candidate’s current status in your hiring process. Currently, we have five status tags. Candidates under each of the status tags are listed in separate tabs.

• Shortlisted
• Under Review (Default)
• Not Interested
• Incomplete

All candidates are displayed in the “All candidates” tab. Applying cut-off will only change the status tag for candidates from “Under review” to “Not Interested” if the conditions are not met. So in the "Under Consideration" Tab, you will only see the candidates who haven't met your criteria. You can also manually change the status of each candidate.
