What is an adaptive test?

Most tests in Merreo are adaptive tests - The difficulty of the tests adapts with the performance of the candidate. The candidate starts with a medium difficulty question, and based on his performance, questions get harder or easier; If he performs well, he will continue getting harder questions, and if not, the vice-versa.

Adaptive tests enable us to zero in on the candidate’s TruScore very fast (15 to 20 questions) with a high level of accuracy.
