What do I name my assessment?

Assigning unique names to assessments is an important step since you could have difficulty finding data again if the need arises, especially if you are a fast-growing company that hires a lot. We advise our customers to name assessments with a combination of the name of the role and hiring month.

For example,

Junior Programmer – May 2022

Systems Engineer – March 2022

Or, if you are hiring from campus placements, you recommend you name the assessment with a combination of the College name and Hiring role.

For example,

ABC College of Engineering – Data Scientist I

JKL Institute of Technology – SDE II
