My candidate had some problems (internet connectivity, power-cut, and more) when taking the test. What can I do?

If you wish to give you can tag the unfinished test as “Incomplete” and give permission for a candidate to take a test again with a different email ID. But if you wish to remove the candidate, please put a request in the support chat or at support@merreo.com.
