How should I choose my cut-off condition?

Merreo has two ways in which you can apply cut-offs. By TruScore, or by Rank. 

Choosing which function to use depends on what your priorities are at the moment. If you have taken the Merreo Tests and you have an absolute minimum performance requirement, you can choose "Shortlist by TruScore".

If you are restricted by time and can only interview a certain number of candidates, choose "Shortlist by Rank".
