How can I check whether a candidate has cheated?

We have an Anti-cheating monitor tab on our candidate report page. Our anti-cheating monitor will alert you if we detect any red flags from a candidate. If there are, it doesn't necessarily mean the candidate is cheating - use careful judgment. You can scroll through the snapshots, and see the other markers like full screen, mouse out, and IP logging to make a judgment on your own.
